The contact center basically allows you to contact various administrators if you have some kind of problem, come across some kind of glitch or it can be used if you simply have a query. We have three different departments that you can contact, you can contact the support department, an abuse reports department and you can contact a specific administrator called mark.

Please use the department which best suites your query. Most queries are ignored if they're sent to the wrong department, so its important that your details go to the correct department each and every single time.

All the forms require you to enter either a net passport username, email address or your forum username (In some cases all of this information is required). We need this to basically identify you. All information that you submit is kept confidential and is sent to an administrators email address.

SUPPORT DEPARTMENT - Contact this department if you have issues with things like: registering, problems accessing various directories or use this form if you just need some general advice.

ABUSE REPORTS DEPARTMENT - If you have come across an abusive player that continues to violate some of our rules please use this form to report the person or people. Please submit as much detail as possible, please provide some evidence if possible.

WIZZ ADMINISTRATOR (MARK ROE) DEPARTMENT - If you wish to contact Administrator mark (the main administrator and clan leader) please use this form to either send suggestions, comments, queries, compliments, rants and things like that.
