Wizz Online - Terms and Conditions

You must be able to accept our terms and conditions in order to use our services on the Wizz website. Your acceptance will indicate that you're a valid active member who uses Wizz quite frequently. If you don't accept you must not use this website or any services within it.

We have a number of terms and conditions for different services on Wizz. We have terms and conditions for chat rooms, forums, webmail and many more things.

Please review all of the following terms and conditions before attempting to use Wizz. These terms and conditions apply to wizz and the Skull Knights Clan.

Usernames:

You must not attempt to create a username that infringes the rights of any third party. You must not attempt to create a username that impersonates any members of wizz or the Skull Knights Clan. You must also not impersonate any members of staff (administrators). We receive the right to edit any username if it breaks this rule in any shape or form. We also have the right to ban or block people from accessing our services if you're choosing a username that is offensive to someone in anyway.

Passwords:

You agree to keep all your passwords on wizz extremely safe and you also agree NOT to share any account with any friend. This rule applies to your desired password on the clan forum, your net passport details and any other passwords that give you access to members areas You must ensure that you're using a safe computer that doesn't have any trojans or viruses installed to increase the security. Administrators will never ask for your password, you can only send it to us if required.

Registration

Some areas off our website are members only, so you agree to enter details about yourself which is true. If you do not wish to enter any personal details we have no problem with that at all because we respect peoples privacy rights.

Computer details and connection information..

If we come across someone who is breaking our rules we may wish to take action against them by banning them from our services for a limited or permanent amount of time. In order to do this we may need to retrieve your network information, host name, computer name, IP address, browser type and things like that. We only retrieve this information if someone needs to be prevented from accessing wizz.

We can do more things to stop you accessing wizz, such as: contact your isp. This would be a last resort, but we would do this if we really needed to do so.

Cookies

We do use cookies on Wizz. Cookies from the wizz website will be stored in your web browser. If you wish to prevent cookies from being stored simply change your internet browser settings. We recommend that you allow cookies so everything on wizz loads faster (everything will load fast because the cookies will save bits of information from various pages, therefore some pages may pre-load when you visit them.)

Privacy

We don't require you to enter any personal information on wizz. Its totally up to you if you wish to enter any private or personal information.

Your Accounts

You agree to never share your accounts with anyone. this applies to your forum account, net passport account and any other account you have in any directory within our domain. All your account details must remain confidential at all times.

Hacker Activity

This isn't related to anything within Wizz online. If we receive multiple hacker related activity from anyone we may wish to permanently ip ban you from accessing our computers and our domain. so you must agree to never attempt to make un-solicited connections to any off our computers on our home network.

Please bare in mind that all hacker related activity is usually reported to an isp.
